This Equipment Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Wolf Media Creative, operated by Robert Collins ("Lessor"), and the individual or entity booking gear ("Lessee"). By confirming a rental booking, Lessee agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions herein.

Every effort is made to ensure descriptions and prices are accurate. Lessor reserves the right to correct errors and update availability or pricing at any time without notice.

Lessor leases to Lessee, and Lessee leases from Lessor, the equipment items confirmed in the rental booking. All gear remains the sole and exclusive property of Wolf Media Creative at all times.

All rentals are local pickup and return only, at 3636 S Iron St, Chicago IL 60609. Times must be coordinated with Robert in advance. Equipment must be returned by the agreed return date and time.

The rental term begins at pickup and expires at the agreed return date and time. Minimum rental period is one (1) day. Extensions must be approved in advance and are billed at the standard daily rate.

Full payment is due at or before pickup. Accepted methods: cash, Venmo, and credit or debit card. A refundable security deposit may be required on select high-value items and is returned upon satisfactory return of the equipment.

Equipment not returned by the agreed time is subject to a late fee equal to the full daily rate for each additional day. If equipment is not returned within seven (7) days of the due date and Lessor has been unable to make contact, the equipment will be considered stolen and Lessee will be liable for the full replacement value. Lessor reserves the right to pursue all available civil and criminal remedies.

Lessee may cancel a confirmed booking up to 48 hours before pickup at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Lessor reserves the right to cancel any booking prior to pickup.

Lessee shall use and handle all equipment in a careful and proper manner, and shall not modify, alter, or misuse it. All gear is inspected, cleaned, and tested before each rental. Any pre-existing damage must be reported to Lessor within 24 hours of pickup; otherwise any damage discovered upon return will be assumed to have occurred during the rental term.

Lessee assumes full risk of damage to the equipment from any cause during the rental term. Lessor will determine the method and cost of repair. Lessee is responsible for the full cost of repair or, if the equipment cannot be repaired, the full replacement value. A cleaning fee may be charged if equipment is returned with smoke residue, mud, sand, or other matter requiring removal before the gear can be re-rented.

Lessee assumes full risk of loss or theft during the rental term. If equipment is lost, stolen, or not returned, Lessee is liable for the full replacement value. Lessor reserves the right to pursue all civil and criminal remedies available under Illinois law.

Lessee is fully responsible for all accessories included with rented equipment, including batteries, cases, cables, lens caps, hoods, and cards. Missing accessories are charged at full replacement cost.

A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card on file are required at pickup. Lessor reserves the right to refuse rental to any individual who cannot provide valid identification.

An FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is required for all drone rentals without exception. Lessee assumes all liability for drone operation, including airspace violations, property damage, and personal injury.

Lessor does not assume, and Lessee indemnifies Lessor against, any liability or claims resulting from the use or malfunction of the equipment. Lessee assumes all liability arising from use or failure of the equipment. Lessor shall not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages.

All equipment remains the sole and exclusive property of Wolf Media Creative at all times. Lessee has no rights or claims to the equipment. Lessor makes no claim to images, video, or recordings made by Lessee while using the equipment.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Lessor and Lessee agree that the appropriate Illinois state or federal courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under this Agreement.

This represents the entire agreement between Lessor and Lessee. If any portion is found unenforceable, it shall not affect the remainder, which remains valid and enforceable.

Your information is used to confirm availability, finalize rental agreements, process payment, and communicate rental details. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties.

Payments are accepted via cash, Venmo, or credit or debit card at pickup. We do not store payment information on this website. All transactions are handled in person.

This page does not set cookies or use tracking. Your cart is held in browser memory for the current session only and is cleared when you leave the page.

Rental inquiry information is kept only as long as needed to complete your booking. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
